It’s doable:

This - a great big order of this.

The easiest way is to keep your core warm. Heated gilet or vest and your body won’t feel the need to reduce the heat loss through the extremities (feet & hands). Upshot is that your toes and fingers are still properly fed warm blood (unless you have specific medical issues with circulation).

The main issue with gloves is ‘finger length’. If the fingers of the glove are too short, your fingers are cramped an unable to bend properly.
