It’s not really BROWN, but it is spectacular.
You just posted charts showing a steady rise in the SP500 since 2009 (at pretty much the same angle) and a steady fall in unemployment since 2009. 7 of those steady growth years were under Obama with Trump coming in the last 3 when the charts start showing more volatility. I’m not seeing the Obama stagnation you…
It’s actually quite easy to figure out:
This, honestly the only thing that bothered me about it was the commentary on it. My negative opinion of Trump couldn’t possibly get any worse at this point.
You know what is more important that my IRA, 401K, Property Value, Interest Rates and the like?
LOL this guy thinks blue states are somehow worse off economically than red states. And he’s throwing shade at Obama for letting the bankers off the hook on the same day that Trump pardons...MICHAEL FUCKING MILKEN
My taxes are higher, I have worse health care and options for health care, my investments have gone up only because we’re coming out of a recession still and let’s be real, all those gains are not built on a solid base - trickle down economics don’t work - they just make billionares richer.
90% of the race is pointless now. The sectors and yellow flag pit stops eliminate any point in racing until the last 10 laps or so. There is no point fighting for the lead or fighting to pull ahead when you are guaranteed to lose all progress in a few laps.
Let’s take the dealership out of this. Why would Tesla remove features from a used car in the first place? When the car was originally sold, they were paid for those options, so why would they go back and turn them off again? Just so the next buyer has to pay them again? It’s double-dipping, it’s scummy, and Tesla…
This shit right here is why I well never buy a fucking Tesla. The company does something shitty and unethical, and fuckwits like you come out of the wood work to accuse everybody else of being the bad guys.
Take Elon’s dick out of your mouth for a few minutes.
I have no idea why you would trust Elon Musk’s company more than you’d trust a used car dealer.
That and health care. And better odds of making a living wage. Affordable housing for people who need it. Free buses.
Somebody let grandpa on the computer again.
Yes, please don’t be rude towards my incredibly talented coworker.
and somehow, none of these would get me to work and my kids to school for 4 months of the year.
A 1/2 mile of unplowed dirt road followed by a mile of paved-but-unplowed township roads?
I’ll stick with my subaru, thanks.
So I need to drop $80k to get a RWD sports car? One that can only be fully enjoyed on a trackday?
This. The complaint that they fall in the bowl ist dumbest of dumb arguments. We don’t start peeing before making sure the seat is up. They are certainly able to check that it’s down.
Go back and read the other comments, Justin already addressed this. And go back to Electrek. 😉
In today’s dollar, this would be about $52k. People complaining about cars being more expensive now than before, while somewhat valid, are neglecting that we’re getting more features, power, and efficiency than ever. It’s not that cars are too expensive, it’s that our wages aren’t increasing proportionally.
