Yeah, it flips the switch from whimsical to dark in zero seconds flat. But it handles them both pretty well.

Left, right, and middle mouse buttons, respectively. The stun can be a little awkward, but the left and right mouse work pretty well.

XII is still by far my favorite. There's just so much … I don't know, more to it than there was to the VII-VIII-IX-X of my childhood.

Years after it's relevant and anyone cares, I've finally gotten into a solid push through to the end of Dark Souls (just have to fight the final four and the end boss), and I picked up the sequel during the summer sale, so if I finish it, I'll have something to follow up with.
