Do you have a recommendation for where to get some proven templates of different exercise routines from reputable trainers with different programs that are tailored to specific goals? Is there a website for this? Or is it something you absolutely have to go to a local gym for so they can assess your current abilities?

It’s helpful to quantify it though: How loud is it (decibels) and how long is it safe to be exposed to it (time)?

Many people get time off from an employer for holidays and it’s the best time for them to see friends and family. So it’s nice if you can avoid holiday traffic, but not practical for everyone to squander time off from work sitting at home.

Maintaining a house is no joke. If you think repairs are expensive, wait until you start renovating. Plan on being stressed and ready to spend more than you hoped on just about everything.
