I apologize - I have some odd wording in my first post. I was trying to specifically reference the Tahoe PPV as that is where most of my experience lies. However, in reference to the Impala - that is 3 years old. There has been ample time to correct any cooling system deficiencies related to relays. Also, if a cooling

Exactly. I *might* be inclined to believe this on only the Impala...but the Tahoe PPV has me more that suspicious. You can even look at the thousands of GM 1/2 ton trucks in service with construction companies out there. They also run increased load on electrical and cooling systems. When was the last time you saw a

Cars (even police cars/SUVs) in the hottest parts of the US (ie: not Virginia) stay cool in the middle of summer with the hood shut. I’m all for excuses...but they need to be believable.

I didn’t realize this was a true drift car until I watched the vids at lunch. 400 hp with an extremely flat curve seems more than plenty in an FD designed to drift. I also now suspect the idea behind “only” 400 hp is in reference to that flat curve rather a car that falls on it’s face until it hits 6 grand. Also...I

I have found there are a lot of women out there who simply don’t care about cars (as in - many view cars as necessary transportation and nothing more)...until they finally ride in/drive one that “trips their trigger” - and then it’s like something clicks.

Have an issue with the tail getting light while nom nom nomming pedestrians?

Well - rotary engines are kind of like exotic cars to me. When they are working right, they are glorious and all kinds of awesome...but when they aren’t - terribad doesn’t even begin to describe them.

I can’t watch the vids b/c of work - but am I crazy thinking a 400hp turbo + roots 1JZ is a little low on power? Or...is this more of a get everything installed, and then more power can come later deal?

All I did to find these was go to Dallas Craigslist, cars + trucks by owner, and type “unique” in the search bar. All these were the 1st page of results. Tried again using “one of a kind” and “1 of a kind” and got the truck/limo thing.

Par for the course.

Maui Jim sunglasses optional?

Or wider rear wheels with Hoosier Pro Streets and call them super singles...

I genuinely want this to pull my boat. I’m not sure I’d trust it to have enough power to come up the ramp...but still want. I’d swap the ugly tanks for beer kegs, though.

99% of all warranty work can be performed at any GM dealership. “Premium Care” maintenance (GM paid oil changes/tire rotations, engine air filters, cabin air filters (where applicable), CTS-V/ATS-V clutch service, however, can typically only be performed at a Cadillac dealership.

“Premium Care” maintenance, for example, can only be performed at a Cadillac facility. It cannot be completed (ie: paid for by GM) at a Chevy/GMC/Buick facility.

One of the things that can attract a customer to Cadillac vs some of Ze Germans is the much larger dealer/repair network. There are definitely many Caddy owners out there who would “rather” have BMW or Benz, but went with Caddy because of distance to a dealership/warranty repair facility. I am referring to rural
