I feel your pain. I have a Brit account with a couple of PS1 games and loads of PS+ stuff, my partner has a US account with a gazillion PS1 games, most of which aren’t on the UK store, and not being able to hop accounts like the PS3 is the Vita’s second biggest flaw in my eyes (first being the memory cards obvs).

Yeah, lots of email places are fine (I’ve had great responses from Sony via email) but what you described just sounds very familiar. Unfortunately that’s what happens when companies keep slashing staff levels for customer service =(

Worked in email customer services before. It’s very likely to be processed and handled by a third party company working on behalf of whatever game publisher. I really wouldn’t be surprised if your emails are being accidentally ‘lost’ to keep processing time down.

On one hand I’m a bit disappointed because these were literally the two games I bought with my PS4 when I got it in 2016. But I’m also stoked that it’s such a fab month for those who don’t own these games.

Like, the amount of times I see Nier categorised as an RPG makes me question what actually defines an RPG. I guess it’s the levelling system? Maybe? To me it feels closer to DMC/Bayonetta than it does to Witcher, Persona or a Bioware thing.
