I can't link atm because I'm on phone, but you should YouTube Jim Sterling's 'Overwatch Porn' video. He basically echos what you're saying and posits it as something indicative of Overwatch's success at creating such likable characters.

I find the undercurrent of ‘wtf’ in this comments section to be a little telling.

I never knew this was a fetish until I read this. I probably have this fetish. My life feels more enriched now.

I plan on buying a Ps4 sometime next year; I game on PC mostly so stuff like Andromeda I’ll be getting on that. I’m in it for exclusives and stuff I’d rather play downstairs, not ultra shiny. However, I cannot stick shitty fps. So my question is to current Ps4 owners: do you find that many games have erratic or plain

I feel like they’ve got the ‘game’ part of it down, now. RotTR was the most fun I’ve had since TR4, which from me is high praise because that’s in my top 5 games. But I was incredibly disappointed with the story.

On the other side of the coin, as a woman too I related far more with the first two versions of Lara than I do with the current version. Probably because they were a lot more light-hearted and assertive. ‘Anniversary’ Lara will probably always be my favourite as she settled quite nicely on the line between ‘badass

There needs to be some kind of PSA for newbies: don’t duty find those dungeons and ask a couple of level 60 friends to unsync it with you for your first time. I am more than happy to do this for people because I know how shit it was my first time and it’s also a good bonding experience.

I’ve wanted to play Journey for years, but never owned a PS3. My partner recently bought me a second-hand one and bought Journey on his account so I could download it.

For the first 10, 20 minutes I was a little underwhelmed and thought it wouldn’t hold my attention for long. And then I met another player.

2 or so hours

This is exactly how I feel. I’m always thinking, why am I playing this? And then I spend 3 hours expanding the Base and loving every minute of it.

Gabriel Knight! I love The Beast Within so much. My only problem is that it’s not aged well simply because the fmv is such a small resolution, but what can you do about that? Even with grainy video it’s one of the best point and click stories ever.

Pharaoh is still amazing. Get the wide-screen fix and it plays a dream. I play through it at least once a year so I can confirm it runs fine on 7, 8 and 10. And it is still hard as nails.

Have you by any chance read that fantastic critical close up of MGS2 on deltaheadtranslation.com? If you haven’t, I thoroughly recommend setting aside an hour to read it.

My first experience was with TR2 also, with my older cousin on my grandma’s tiny black and white TV in ‘my’ room. I remember being absolutely inconsolable when he got her crushed by spike walls and demanded that I have a go.

Do it. DO IT. Pick your fave and have a chill weekend with it!

I’m one of the biggest classic Croft fans out there (though I still enjoy the news ones and RotTR is probably my personal goty) so any love for her makes my day. What an awesome cosplay, really invokes the tone of the old games so much!

You pretty much have the same feeling about it as I do. It causes a bit of dissonance, and it also feels a bit off in that we’re meant to be invested in their relationship for a lot of the big ‘wtfs’ about them later to mean something, yet most of it is gated behind the saving frequency, making it all missable, and

I guess because I live in the UK, and so we got MGS2 months after the US, the whole Raiden surprise was no longer a surprise. I used to read a lot of mags as a kid and remembered all the ‘preview’ articles about it in the run-up to release and there was lots about Raiden. So by then I had accepted we’d be playing as

Confession: I liked Raiden in MGS2.
