Like a lot of people, I think they thought it was just a few nutjobs in the fandom and figured not giving them oxygen would make them go away. There is also the idea that they didn’t think it would cost them any money to do nothing.

What does work: Reading to your baby. Not necessarily as an infant, but around a year or so. Kids who are read to and see their parents reading are more likely to read. Don’t try to make them read (see below). Just read to them.

The first episodes seemed to be more along the line of Star Trek with dirty jokes. But then it gets better. There’s still jokes and comedy, but a pretty good story as well.

If you were stuck on an island three to thirty years ago, you’d pick Fox. Now if you’d pick Fox, you’d watch all those shows slowly degrade or suddenly disappear. And they’d be replaced with this new version of half reality/half game show. I think that’s what he’s complaining about. 

Yeah. Maybe while they are getting ready they can read the article. It is legally unclear whether Biden can do more than $10,000 through executive order. That means it would be immediately challenged in a lawsuit. So a year from now the Supreme Court would be saying no. But if Congress passes it, it’s literally legal.
