@Tchotchke: i totally agree with you, one hour a day is not overboard, for all the physical and let's not forget mental benefits one receives from exercise, 60 minutes out of your day is not a lot to ask. Once you get into it, working out doesn't feel like a chore but part of your day, along with going to work…
