As much as I appreciate Tesla for its contribution to the mass adoption of EVs, I simply cannot abide by the terrible interior when paying $65K for a car. I may still get the Cybertruck so I can flip it but for my personal vehicle, I’d just rather get something else. I’ll wait and see what the new Porsche EV Cayman

This is why I do EVERYTHING online whenever possible but that was 5 years ago, TODAY it’s a seller’s market and if we don’t want to come in then it’s “oops sorry, the car was sold from under me”. I now only buy cars that offer direct from manufacturer pre-ordering. Bought my Volvo C40 this way and just put a deposit

Or word is out to stay away from the ID.4

If you’ve ever had the misfortune of working in administrative bureacracy, you’d understand. Some things are designed to be done quickly aka “booking” while other things require even MORE paperwork and signatures. Nothing bad happens if you take too long to release someone but lots of bad things happen if you

Neutral: I don’t want to die. Unlike many European cities where civil engineers place bicycle traffic & safety as priority one, most American city and county engineers view bike lanes as an inconvenience and after thought at best. This is a software quickie - why leave it out? It’s not mutually exclusive to have both.

All you can eat Mr.Wok would’ve sent him to the grave faster!

Speaking of tech employees - are the layoffs real or media hype?

3rd Gear: Nissan is still around? They should’ve designed the Z on an EV platform as a 2+2 with 200 mile range and 0-60 in under 3 seconds.

The Chevy Bolt takes exception to your comment.

How many dumb Americans are on TikTok?

Nope, the way China enters the US market is via Geely with Volvo which will be building its EX90 in the USA and selling it for $79,999 to qualify for the $7,500 credit. Pure genius and the car looks pretty great.

Sadly, the Yugo never made it out of the 80s crapper

It’s all about government subsidies and China will do whatever it takes to dominate whether it’s chips, TVs or EVs - the government will bankroll capital expenditures while looking the other way when there’s IP theft.
