I know what you mean. I remembering watching a series called Blackpool and realizing the son was gay from tiny signs, and I don't mean anything stereotypical, just pauses etc in specific conversations. Then everyone else seemed really shocked at the end when he came out and I was like, nope, clues were there. Some

So is every straight character pandering to the right?

Maybe where you live, I know lots of attractive women who only date women so...

Now playing

Most people don't want to be defined by their sexuality but unfortunately many are forced to be due to homophobes. Some people do not know any gay people in real life and stuff like this can really help. Wanting visibility/romance in games isn't the same as getting off to games. It's no different to a film or book

You do say a lot that I agree with however if people hadn't tried to force acceptance originally then gay people would still have no rights and many would still have much more terrible lives than they do now. Luckily a lot of people who were ignorant before changed their minds, and more too in the future will. Yeah

Agree.

I feel like sometimes I prefer buying cheap games on sale, to playing them, and I'm someone who is quite careful with my money, I don't usually do retail therapy! I'm pretty sure that when I first got into Steam, it took two seasons of sales before I got 'into' Steam, to begin with I was just into Steam sales. SO MANY

Oh... I wrote this in a comment and didn't see it had already been written. I agree with your point. :)

I feel like demos are less of the norm than they used to be though? I used to get demos of all the new PS1 games in monthly magazines if I liked the look of them (granted you had to buy the mag) and it seems much easier to search for old PC demos online than with newer games. E.g. I couldn't find an Age of Empires 2

I think bundles can make the stats slightly misleading. There have been times when I've bought a bundle just for one game. In that case I don't really feel like those other games 'count' as being in my inventory or me having paid for them, especially if they're not redeemed or I gift them. :)

Link doesn't work :(

Hmm, I found the original the easiest non-rpg Mario game. The easiest 2d one at least. I only bothered attempting to complete all the other ones with an emulator and 'save state'. :p

I guess you didn't think of "alivemaker pumpingorgan" (which I've now taken).

I can't find a way to organize my facebook friends into groups, it's greyed out. Nobody I know uses any other form of 'chat' any more. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, idk.

Yes. Pasting in my comment which I just made on another comment.

I'm very glad SoM is on the list. :) I know that in terms of story it's much simpler than say Chrono Trigger (which I love, especially as I love time travel and Frog) but SoM is just *so* magical to me. I think it's partly because I wanted to play it for years before I got around to it, it has a Neverending Story-like

:) I was the older sister and convinced my brother to get Red and a gameboy colour (it was his birthday). I then accidentally took it over... But he was barely even playing it and I was so excited to get further in the game. I was just 'helping' him!

You managed to say what I meant but in only two and a bit lines. :| I am so rambly.

I don't know if I've misunderstood but I think you can do that. Right click a game in library, do properties, updates and then the last option is about background downloads. Then you can pick 'always', 'never' or 'global'. :)
