@Mrugby08: 1) if you read the fine print on the tv ad it states images are simulated. in other words it's not an actual ipad image but a mockup.

@dennis636223: um yeah...i read all but the last 2 or 3 paragraphs...it really just dragged on by that point.

@CommentingpointlesslyisMeh: sprint isn't unlimited. read the fine print. it is "unlimited" up to 5gb just like att used to be. so no it isn't truly unlimited.

@redman042: same here. i have to go out of my way to try and reproduce the issue some people claim to be having. the best i got was 2 dropped bars once but no static or loss of reception.

@TechHaze: a class action suit serves no purpose to the consumer.

@mathnerd881: yep and my droid was oc'd to 800mhz and it was still slow. a higher number doesn't always mean faster.

@Dylanb13: and also you are paying 500$ for a 700$ phone not a 300$ phone. it's a 300$ phone when it is fully subsidized/discounted.

@mathnerd881: having had a droid for the last 6+ months i was THRILLED to go back to an iPhone. i'm sorry but you can't really compare the 2. droid may currently do more but the OS itself is crap. it's buggy and laggy and crap. flash on it was a joke, the gui is junk, programs look like mid 90's software. the

well i gotta say this issue sucks for y'all that are having it....but i'm not one of ya.

@rawlus: yep i'm quite happy with my i4. there is no yellowing on my screen. i don't have reception issues. i've been on several calls and i hold it with my left hand the way everyone is complaining is causing them issues....yet i haven't had a single issue. so i guess while everyone whines and cries about the

um seriously wth would you expect to happen to the phone? any phone? this really isn't rocket science and not something shocking. no one ever stated the phone was superman and was invulnerable to all forms of douchery and stupidity.

or you could just go to this site...

@ricardvs: yes and his early upgrade in december is the 18 month early upgrade which entitles him to 399 not 199.

@coketown: you just show you are a pushy dick and you'd get nowhere

@NuevoLeon: yeah it looks like they are giving him early upgrade options in pricing in DECEMBER which will be roughly 6ish months early...that's when he's eligible for the 399/16gb upgrade. that sounds feasible since that's how it worked with my 1st gen, and 2nd gen iphone and every other upgrade i've had with att.

@zomgzombies: in the cell phone world it's "i've been a customer for xx years....."
