Having spent time in 7th Fleet I am not surprised this is happening. When I was there the term “Doing more with Less” was repeated far too many times there. The Sailors bust their asses to get the ship underway because of their mission, but eventually, you will reach a breaking point.

Having lived in Japan for a total of seven years. They view construction very differently than in the United States.

One of the reasons I supported him is because he doesn’t say what’s politically correct, he says what’s in his heart, what he believes. And sometimes that gets him in trouble -Farwell

I thought the same thing when I had an appointment at a VA hospital. The 45s presidential photo was the only photo that looked out of place. Not the “Hey, I am confident and ready for leadership” but the “Hey, I am the boss now. Bow down to your new leader!!!”

This kind of reminds me of that scene in Star Wars. I can see Emperor Palpatine (aka Steve Bannon) whispering in 45's ear:

lol....who me? Naw, I don’t know that guy.

No longer should we give these people a platform. It must have been difficult for his father to write that letter but he saw it for what it was.

I agree 100% I would also add

This stood out to me as reported by CNN on the white supremacist who killed in Charlottesville.

The Philippines is one of them. My cousin sent me his resume to look at and it had his picture. I asked him why and he stated it was the normal thing to do.

Wow, this is a new low for #45. When I saw and heard Trump’s speech, I thought of the Hitler Youth in WWII. Scary times we are living.

That is what I was telling my dad while driving near Tidewater Dr. in Norfolk today. The heavy rainstorm today was flooding the streets. I told my dad, “Imagine the flooding if we get a hurricane at high tide?”

There is probably a lot more to the story because there always is. He might have had a pattern of misconduct and this was the icing on the cake. Differing NJP was a mistake on his part but at the end of the day it was his choice.

Adam, I agree with your statement ”not respecting people’s right to assemble is something that is dangerous and leads to suppression of people’s voices”.

I am going to turn this negative to a positive. I see people like this that are unhappy in their own lives and want to take it out on everybody else. I feel bad for people like this, truly do.

I believe it. This happened to my mom at an IHOP in Roanoke, Virginia two months ago. My mother has lived in the US for almost 40 years and that was the first time she has blatantly experienced racism.

Good read, one thing that people don’t relize is that you have to protect sources and methods. Can the president declassify information. Yes he can however, he still has to protect the sources and methods. The information he provided was through a third party inteligence partner.

Who needs the KGB when you have President Trump in office. -President Putin

Yeah, that stung me reading that. I can’t imagine how she must have felt when that rolled off his tongue. My heart dropped for her.

I feel your pain. My mom shared everything I posted. I have pretty much put her on the restricted list and have unfollowed her. Also, to make matters worse she shares links to “news” from sites that spread false biased information. She lacks the critical thinking to discern a reputable news source from a fake one.
