This is the question I ask of bible thumpers concerning gays. “How does another person’s sexual orientation have ANY impact on your own salvation with your god?” The point I am trying to make is that it does not concern them in anyway. If they use the “it is a sin” then refer back to my original question.

I always ask “How does my non-belief affect your own “salvation”. That usually shuts them down for me. I am tolerant of religions however, I draw the line when you try to bible thump me.
