I’m going to say the worst part of this game is naming everything with a K, like ‘Kasual’ and ‘Krypt’.

I agree. I like some of the endgame concepts, such as the variation introduced by the invaded missions and the tieredtarget networks, but I was disappointed to see that you can’t hold onto the Control Points longterm.
I hate the rate you lose places to other factions. I should be able to build up forces to keep the enemies out of my area like I’m helping make a difference instead of logging on to see whatever I had taken is now gone.
I can’t tell if this is some attempt at humor or you’ve misread something. This has nothing to do with Xs. If you have a name flagged as offensive you are given a temporary name in the format “Tempxxxxxx” where the Xs are a string of numbers.
After playing both Destinies for far too long, it would take bungie at least 3 months to create a new weapon and it would either be OP or useless.
PC gamers are complaining about a game being “exclusive” to double-clicking a different icon on their desktop. Meanwhile console players have been dealing with this kind of actual exclusivity bullshit for decades now (and recently with Destiny 2, PC players are getting in on the fun!). Not saying that this has never…
This is the Chris Davis of takes. At one point people thought it was good, and in certain contexts it was great, but it just keeps getting trotted out there whether it makes sense or not.
Pretty sure he would have missed all of them anyway.
Make no mistake, I played a lot. Ran raids, ran recovs for Trials, all that, since Year 1 Destiny 1. Destiny 2 has gone far harder in “play this every day or miss story” and “do the same stuff over an over before you get to the actual new stuff” bullshit. You see, I remember downloading Taken King and House of Wolves a…
Yeah this games as a service shit, where every game is competing to occupy 100% of your time for years with minimal actual content, is bullshit. I have to play Destiny every weekend to just get any semblance of story? If i miss it, i gotta wait another week? And what am I doing for this story? The same stuff I’ve been…
Aren’t all the results scripted?
Really? On a fly ball to mid center field that’s taking the fielder away from home plate, when you are the tying run, the 3rd base coach is telling you to go, and it takes a near perfect throw to get you out, you’d just refuse to run? Well you obviously have never played baseball above a tee-ball level. At that point…
Yep. Definitely don’t get the criticism on this. Based on the headline, I was expecting him to get tripped up mid-air, do an awkward flip mid-air, and barely avoid disaster.
What was he supposed to do? Crash into the catcher? That’s illegal now. Run out of the baseline? He would have been automatically out. Stop running and wait for the catcher to tag him out? At least he tried. What would you have done?
They’re paying him either way. So they either have to hope he gets better or hold on until around year six and do a deal like the Yankees did with A-Rod to get him to just fuck off.
And what practice is that, exactly?
Is it any competition to the beloved Steam or is it buying exclusives to make their platform stand out? If it’s the former, tough shit, get over it. If it’s the latter, uh...yeah, tough shit, get over it. They’re building their business and their brand, you don’t have to like it, but…
I am so completely done with this absolutely fucking moronic, misguided horseshit crusade against Epic.
Look, I get it, the Epic store has a long way to go, but it’s been around for FOUR GODDAMN MONTHS! Valve has had 12 YEARS to develop and build up Steam to where it is now. Yes there are things the Epic store should…
It’s a six month deal. Seriously if you’re disdain for loading a different program besides Steam is more intense than your love for the game you for some reason can’t play then I don’t know what to tell you. Like, I get it. We all have our hills we die on. But like, I just don’t get it. At all. You do you though.
This is a huge problem with the Elite controllers. I have had the shoulder buttons break on 3 of them. Microsoft replaced one but it happened again a few months later. I really love my Elite but for the money the build quality needs to be improved or the warranty needs to be extended past 12 months.
I’m saying all that other stuff.
