Seems to me people do not understand the definition of a promise. Companies such as Microsoft and Sony rarely promise anything. They tell you things they would Like to do, or Hope to accomplish, or are striving to provide, but they almost always go out of their way to avoid any actual promises. Then people get all

Exactly. Game stopped being fun and I stopped feeling like I was making progress and started to feel like I was just treading water.

I think we should have some sort of support group or something. WoWAnon. We can sit around and tell old war stories of raiding Wrath and BC, but keep up the fight to keep our accounts deactivated. I will admit, that a lot of Warlords tempts me to return, in the end the things that pushed me out are still there, so

I was in one really good guild that eventually crumbled and I was a little heartbroken over it, so I decided to go the solo guild route. Which ended up me feeling very lonely. I just didn't have it in me to find a new guild, even though during Cat and Wrath I had both a top ranked tank and healer so I know I could

I just can't. Can't allow myself to get back into this game. Quit middle of Pandora after just feeling exausted. Too much to keep up with. Leveling was a tedious, boring nightmare. Classes all started to blend together. (I had every class at cap or near cap and raided on most of them, DPS, Heals, Tank, etc.)

Didn't Mass Effect do the same? I came here specifically to say the same thing you did. This sort of pre-order bonus is nothing new.

12 month timed DLC seems pretty dumb to me, but then again I never cared for timed DLC anyways, even when it swings the direction of Xbox. I've always been for console neutrality in general. Thing is, we are the ones who stand by and allow this to happen. If instead of fighting over who is better, Xbox, Nintendo,

I've had extended periods where I didn't see certain maps. Part of it is the shear quantity of the total number of maps available + random rotation of maps. After the game initially launched I saw Angel city so rarely, I was beginning to wonder if they pulled it from the Alpha and Beta.

I liked the way Bungie did it with the Halo series. If you paid for the DLC you got the map packs 3-4 months or whatever early. After that it went free to the community. That way you are really only paying for early access. It's not a perfect system, but it's at least providing a balance between free to the

They do. Just play the regular modes. If you have the map packs, you will be cycled in with the classic and new maps. If you don't, you will only see the new maps. The separate section is for those who ONLY want to play the new maps. I play only Hardpoint mode and get all maps regularly.

Thanks, I was looking for the same answer.

Yea, because of all the Mario games that are out for the Playstation...

Yea, it's not like Apple releases updates for their iPhones that only benefit Mac users....Oh, wait. Must be terrible for a company to focus on improving the experience for their existing customers. That's no way to run a business!

You are thinking of Windows 8 which does not equal Windows 8.1. They made some drastic changes and listened to customer feedback. While a few annoyances remain, it's a solid OS now.

I had Jack Reacher playing on Netflix during this video. The video provided a nice distraction.

This is one of the things Xbox has gotten right. Their SmartGlass app is really good and quite functional. I can even read television episode descriptions from Netflix while streaming tv via the app. Not to mention full control over my system, friends, messages, gameclips, etc. The only downside to Microsoft's

It's like the Left 4 Dead 3 you know we'll never get. Each team is composed of four classes that need to work together to take down the one big boss-like enemy, controlled by a fifth player. I always appreciated Left 4 Dead for forcing teamwork on players, and Evolve seems to be hitting that same note.

Maybe this isn't a wholly popular opinion, but there isn't much out there quite like Halo multiplayer. Yes, even Halo 4. Everything in the game—the maps, the weapons, the specials—were always ten times more useful once you fully mastered their nature, and they were always features that opened themselves up to you once

Regardless, tactical player-versus-player shooting is what Rainbow Six has always been good at executing. Our first few rounds were an embarrassing display of amateur moves—my teammate actually killed me with friendly fire early in one round, and I spent the rest of my time switching camera angles to tell them where

I'd like a large collection of NES, SNES, and N64 games at reasonable prices. Not 5-20 a game, but 50-100 games for $60-100. I'd buy a Wii U alone for the right bundle. While I understand some of these games they wouldn't be able to include due to licensing restrictions, the following are really good places to
