OK, I'm back. I played a few matches and watched several others.

Obviously you have never been in an alpha before. The game still has a long way to go. Chill the hell out.
It's an Alpha build. Chill the hell out.
On my way to a buddies house to check it out before the Alpha ends later today. Will update with initial impressions.
That's EVE in a nutshell.
Buddy of mine is in the Alpha right now. I haven't gotten a chance to head over and take a look myself, but from he tells me the game is the truth. I'm really excited to get over there and get a look for myself.
Not when I replied several hours ago. But thanks for being a dick about it!
I think he means yell and scream at the television, maybe throw a controller or two, and bitch on the internet on random forums. But you know, fire and brimstone and all that.
Cheating and hacking are two completely different concepts. Yes, exploits exist. And yes they are often found and you know, exploited. Hacking is very difficult especially when you are talking about a game on a console, seeing as you don't have the ability to write and modify software without a modded system.
I can't read text that's two sizes larger and in bold. The author needs to do a better job of getting my attention. Like driving to my house and reading the article to me in person.
Wait a second. The irony here is just too delicious. A game that is all about breaking all the rules, stealing whatever you can get your hands on, is now upset that people are applying what the game taught them to their own system? HILARIOUS.
But if you don't properly track costs, you can always claim you are going broke, and then are FORCED to offer paid content, advertised content, DLC, micro-transactions, and pay to win services. The movie and television industry has some pretty big budgets, and they seem to accurately track those costs.
It's early, it'll take time for devs to really get their hands into the system and get to where they can afford to play around without it being a risk at losing sales. Remember the early Xbox and Ps3 games were terrible, but after a few years they really started to do some amazing things. People now a days forget…
While I'm in the middle of a match in Battlefiled, it's really, simply, amazing to yell out "I need ammo" or "Spawn as Recon" and have the game actually do it. That to me is what next gen should be about. More control, more features, more flexibility, more options. Not just prettier pictures.
I really enjoy being able to go from game to game with seconds without needing to get up or dealing with loading screens, to Netflix while I grab a bite, then I can snap Television while I wait for the halftime to end. When the Chiefs/Colts game started to turn into a blowout, I played a few rounds of Battlefield…
It's a good thing it's not a gaming console. It's an entertainment console. Games + TV + Media + More. That's sort of the point. Why people get pissed a console can do more than games never ceases to amaze me.
I had to stop watching this video. My Xbox One listened to the commands in the video better than it listens to the commands when they come out of my mouth. It's pretty friggen amazing when my laptop is able to control my television. (I'm literally watching CBS right now because of this video.)
I have a really hard time figuring out which map is my favorite. I love how each map has pros and cons, but it all switches dependent on game type. Domination vs Conquest should have a lot of similarities, yet the matches completely change. Paracel Storm is fantastic, and the weather change really pushes what I was…
5 months 29 days to figure out how to log into their own systems, one day to comment out the DRM lines of code.
See, the field upgrades seems to me to be pretty useless. I don't even know which ones I have configured.
