Muffaletta. They have bunch of things my family won’t touch for various reasons, especially in a sandwich, but damn if I can get some me time, get some great bread from the bakery downtown, serve it up warm with some nicely melted cheese, a big glass of unsweetened ice tea, and things feel better in the world. I used to find this very helpful. My early days in helpdesk it was great to be able to focus on many small tasks/problems in rapid succession. Now that I’ve moved up to managing projects and teams, I have to work a lot harder to focus myself. Ear plugs, headphones, and having some semi-awkward conversations with loud

Experts always recommend that if you’re working from home, you should get dressed as if you are not. This does not mean you need to sit on your couch in a suit, but you should, at the very least, put on pants and a shirt, and potentially brush your hair.

I like where your head’s at.

An electric carving knife is something I will not attempt Turkey Day without. I know I can carve manually, but to be able to cut that bird up efficiently and quickly, I love having that thing.
Also really handy for quickly cutting up fresh baked bread the rest of the year.

I’ll have to try the lemon zest, I usually go for orange zest when I make my homemade sauce.
If you want to be sneaky - raspberries work well.  Or so I’m told.
