I had no problem carrying our son in a carrier, and often volunteered to do so when our son was small enough. Until we switched to using a stroller more, I loved our carrier.

Right, but I recall we were trained to stop before propane started leaving that port based on the gauge and the scale. You would always have some leak out from that. It sounded like folks were filling until they had the gas pouring out via the valve, so if I misread I apologize.
That’s different from when I filled them a few years ago working at the hardware store in town. We didn’t fill till a valve opened, we went based on weight (the tank being filled sat on a scale) and had a gauge.

PBW is also just a really great cleaner for a bunch of things. I keep a small container of it under the sink since I started homebrewing.
For example, I soaked my smoker drip pans in PBW solution, and they came out fantastic with much less effort than previously.
I have to wonder if just making a form out of a section of PVC pipe would be easier to use and clean.
