If you’re looking for true consistent color temperature, you are likely paying more than a few dollars for those bulbs (I did when I was a photographer). I’ve owned a few different brands and wattages of LED bulbs and fixtures, and never had issues with light quality from LED bulbs. I have from cheap compact

I think that’s the contrast with your situation - most people don’t have a flat rate charge for electricity - it’s based on actual usage in kilowatt-hours.

If you have a flat rate bill, then you have little incentive to change to anything more efficient.

Anywhere else I have lived, folks are billed for their usage

I attended two different high schools (family moves).
High School 1 - Mostly rural town roughly midway between two larger metro areas. This meant we had a decent number of commuter familes. The lot was a lot of late 80's to mid 90's domestics with a few interesting cars sprinkled in - one Integra, a couple Mustangs.

How did you get a photo of the crappy landlord’s car from down the street?

Yippie ki-yay, Mister Falcon!

What, no love for the pluckly Montana minivan?

My wife and I really have enjoyed this show. I wasn’t sure if we would really like it, but we have really looked forward to it every week. We love the banter between Jeff and crew, and the support group’s weirdness and impact on their normal lives is fun.

My stepdad and I love science fiction - superheros, space battles, you name it.
We bonded over many terrible B-grade scifi late at night after school or work. When we get together we usually continue that by flipping through Netflix or Amazon Prime and seeing what terrible movie we can find.

As poster Freddie DeBoer said, brine is your friend. I have done both dry and wet brine, and those birds have both turned out amazing spatchcocked.

I will say make sure to put some liquid and veggies in the pan under the bird. I used a pair of cooking sheets, put in some veggie stock, plus carrots, onions, rosemary,

You can’t keep a good bounty hunter down.

Uggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

There needs to be an etiquite class or something in school. I’m picturing 50's style black and white educational films about Johnny and Susie and how not to be the ghost of dates past or something.
