If its like inFamous 1 and 2, then you have regenerating health. There was no HUD for health in those two games, you'd only know if you were dying by visual and audio cues (music would slow down, colors turn black and white). You could instantly get your health back by absorbing electricity.

God, I miss console local multiplayer. Remember when every racing game had split screen multiplayer? It's pretty much impossible to find games that do these days. I'm getting a Wii U just for Mario Kart so I can actually play with people in the same room again.
