Nah, what they are talking about is the difference between criminal and civil cases. With civil cases (where people get sued) you won't get jail time.

My problem with Arkham City's traversal was that the glide was assigned to the A button on the 360 controller, making it impossible to move the camera and glide at the same time (without moving your left thumb to the right analog stick, which I unfortunately had to do quite a few times). And since you needed to be

Yeah, I've never really had a problem with the free running in the previous AC games so I was kinda confused when I read Kirk's earlier post. Most of the issues I had with it were a result of running out of connected rooftops, which was a level design issue, but nothing really wrong with the mechanic itself.

Developing for anything Windows 8 related is pretty freaking easy. It may seem fragmented with all these products, but the truth is, if you develop something for one Win8 device its really simple to get it working on another.

Nah, the smartest anime this season is probably Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita. SAO is wayyy too rushed, no relationship feels genuine, and tragedy happens with such regularity that it feels forced as fuck.

So... is this just like the commend system in DOTA 2? Or is it something different?

If you've played Warcraft 3 then you'd know where the mechanic came from. When the Scourge were taking over and converting people into the undead, Arthas chose to kill them rather than have them turn into monsters. Thus denying was born.

While mechanics like denying seem counter-intuitive it makes for a much more interesting laning phase for players and spectators alike.

Yeah, I doubt that will stay exclusive for long though. I'm hoping it wont anyway. If it can work on an Origin laptop, it can work on a Sager/Clevo. Only thing in the way is the business side of things.

If you want to go for this one for the build quality thats fine, but please dont get an origin PC laptop. You will be much better off getting a Sager/Clevo from XoticPC or GentechPC. They are exactly the same laptop, but Origin PC charges an exorbitant premium for the brand.

At first I was like, what do you have against The Animaniacs? Then I googled it and found out they were also known as the Warner Brothers. Never caught that as a kid.

KC is a lot better than Tari Tari in my opinion. The premise will make you think its another romantic comedy, but its serious business most of the time from episode 2 onwards.

Oh yeah you are right, generally I extend my desktop to another screen, but if you are mirroring the output it doesn't matter.

Like the others have said, with HDMI it pretty much is just plug in cord and done.

"But then those card players won't be the ones showing up as downloadable competitors in Pokémon Black and White 2, now will they? My three U.S. brothers and the runners-up will be immortalized in data for the world to download, play and lose against."

Considering that Blizzard has already threatened legal action on the whole thing before, and they have made peace since, I'm sure that there is nothing in the game that they believe is infringing on their IP.

To be fair, its the decision of the publisher to allocate resources to make a decent PC port. I'm sure most developers would like to make better PC ports of their games, but their publishers don't give them the resources or the time to do so. So I think saying "yay Square Enix" is still appropriate.

Yeah, I've got it pre-ordered already, so I don't think I'll spoil the experience any more than I already have.

Seriously. It's like a kick in the balls at this point.

Indeed, Mass Effect, Dragon Age and Bioshock are only one generation old (and the gen isnt even over).
