I disagree. Sure, the films have made money, but they’ve all fallen short of projections and each one has had a steep drop-off. When your goal is Avengers-level profits and you’re consistently not doing that despite having the fucking Trinity on the big screen for the first time ever, you absolutely have incentive to

Sadly not. Just yesterday I saw someone saying “Haven’t you crybabies had enough of whining about the fact that something isn’t the way you think it should be?”

You’re right. That is better.

I have a better idea, pretend BvS and MoS never happened. Because at this point there’s no way I’m willing to invest myself in the DC Murderverse considering that its “Batman” is an alcoholic, homicidal maniac who jumps to illogical conclusions and a “Superman” who once destroyed a man’s truck and ruined his

It must be a relief to get that all off your chest, Rob. I think after this truth bomb you deserve to take the rest of the day off, grab a beer, kick your feet up, and just enjoy the perfection that is Green Lantern.

there is a secret conspiracy to destroy DC’s live-action movies, and I have been a part of it

The news makes sense, since Misty was romantically involved with both Luke Cage and Danny Rand

lol, so you’re confirming what I said about these not being exactly what OP was looking for?

Are there ANY Latino/a Superheroes in Marvel’s line up? Please dont mention Miles Morales, who is only half Latino.

I find it disheartening that Marvel feels the need to just hand the mantle from one person to another; and in particular, handing it from a caucasian to a person of gender/race/ethnicity. It’s no better to me than that period during the ‘70s when black and female characters were introduced as carbon copies of white

Previously before that moment in the movie, Superman had long been established as a boy scout. So we know it’s not in his nature to straight out murder a guy.

Yep. And that’s a stupid fucking characterization for Superman. He’s supposed to be inspirational. The best of what we can be. Turning him into a murderer on a whim is rather the opposite of that.

The argument isn’t against characters who kill. The argument is against characters who have a long history of acting one way who, in their Recent Big Ass Movie are shown acting in another. Have various incarnations of Superman and Batman killed before? Yes. Are they both known for that? Hell, no. Quite the opposite.

DCAU Superman was able to express his feelings and emotions though. Speaking of which, DCAU actually HAD emotions. He could be surprised, joyful, snarky, manipulative, angry, stern, sad, sorrowful, and panicked. Murderverse Supes had two emotions: brooding and sad puppy.

1. Zod is not as strong as Superman its pretty much impossible since Zod should never have super powers at Superman’s level. Or the ability to use them as well or well actually having them in the first place.

Except Jessica built up to that moment over an entire season spent trying to beat him through any other means.

Except Jessica Jones isn’t a Christ metaphor. Imagine how the New Testament would have gone if Jesus snapped Judas’ neck.

“Whatever Marvel is doing, it clearly works. Let's do the opposite in every way."
