I’m guessing that it will be a very long time before we get a Marvel movie with a Latino lead...since there are hardly any Latino superheroes.

Here: I’ll compound it by saying that “The Orville” is better in every conceivable way and Seth McFarlane has a better grip on what it means to be a star trek show than any of the show-runners since TNG.

Now you can get emotional about how I’m wrong.

It’s the circle of nerdrage.

So, if the Star Destroyers couldn’t jump to lightspeed without overshooting the Rebels, why didn’t they just jump away to somewhere else, and then jump back ahead of the rebels? And if they can track ships at lightspeed, that means that there are several Star Destroyers following the Millennium Falcon at the end of

Dude, this pretty much defines every comment section of every article I read about The Walking Dead... It’s absolutely fucking amazing. Half of the community would be wiped out if everyone who doesn’t watch the show quit jumping into comment sections to assure everybody that they quit watching the show and they think

Cavill was never the weak link.

He also snapped somebody’s neck. There’s no saving Man of Steel.

Anyone else notice how The Orville is getting no coverage on io9 at all anymore? We got reviews of all the early episodes, but now they only seem to care about Discovery. It’s a pity, there have been some good ones.

Hey, Thanos is just trying to impress a girl.

You can find a physical copy relatively cheap online. There’s downloadable programs that will let you play it on a modern windows. I had my old copy and just downloaded the program to play on my machine =)

The Blade Runner adventure game was so good. It had a great story and obviously getting to run the Voight-Kampff on potential replicants was awesome. But the best part?

Westwood’s Bladerunner game was amazing.

Man the 1997 game was so far ahead of its time in terms of presentation, it still looks so good even today.

Eighteen minutes? IIRC, it was only about five minutes, tops. Plus, she did ask at least two salient questions (“Who built the transportation system?” and “Are there others?”).

I think whatever questions Rational Ellie might have had in mind went out the window when the alien looked like her loved, departed Dad...

There’s a really nice new Blu-Ray. No extras (apart from an old commentary with Meyer and McDowell), but a beautiful transfer. (And they used the movie poster art for the packaging this time around.)

I wouldn’t describe the original movie as “goofy”. A product of its time, maybe, with its commentary on the late ‘70s and the gap between Wells’ Utopianism and the shithole that America in the late 1970s basically was, but definitely not “goofy.”

Also, how few Native American super heroes who are not a “Wild Indian” stereotype.

See this right here is why every other group gets ignored. NO I did not say take away from the black characters. Where on earth did you read that?! It is a piss poor excuse to say well we will have to take away from black characters. Re-orient your thinking. Sounds like your coming from a very ego-centric position.
