Oh yes to confirm what everyone else has said, melatonin helps. Take it a couple hours before you need to sleep. It helps get you drowsy by bedtime, and it’s totally safe (naturally occurring hormone, so the worst it could do is get your sleep cycle out of whack if you took it at a bizarre time of day).
