Pete Buttigieg sucks, but this criticism does as well. There’s not nearly enough information. For the candidates that are providing insurance, are they paying 100%? If not, what is the employee contribution? What is the quality of those plans? Are we ignoring that this guy came from complete obscurity like fifteen

I doubt that is more likely. I doubt it is even likely at all, to be honest. Reduced unsecured credit + reduced interest rates = even larger reduction in profits. Corporations exist for the singular focus of maximizing profits. They will either replace the missing interest with other fees or they will actually increase

I’m not saying what you think I’m saying.

hey, buddy. We’re thinking about hitting you with a subpoena and a warrant. If you could just go ahead and comply ahead of time, we’d appreciate that. Otherwise, we’ll wait a week for your response, if we don’t hear anything, we’ll send that subpoena, thanks!

Good points all, and I certainly don’t begrudge that stance, as that’s pretty much where I was just one week ago.  I would be happy with this course of action if it were successful.

Recently I discovered that we have Fell on Black Days ever since Hillary Clinton was Outshined by this ‘Hands All Over’ RINOsaur named Donald Trump. While he and John Bolton try to Blow Up the Outside World, and undocumented immigrants are being Hunted Down until they scream ‘Let Me Drown,’ it really feels Like

If you’re an old like me and had no idea who or what you just watched, I found this via teh googlez:

Same. Most of the prior examples of GOP bullshittery could at least be somewhat explained as to why they made sense, procedurally, even if you disagreed with the reasoning. But the Merrick Garland situation went beyond any remotely logical explanation and cemented for me that there’s absolutely zero possibility of
