Microsoft’s comment about Sony isn’t a ‘self own,’ it’s a deliberate framing of their primary market opponent as the dominant entity in the face of an anti-competition suit. MS is going to argue that the Xbox-ActiBlizz merger can’t be a monopolistic practice, because Sony’s PlayStation has bested them for most of two

That’s such an unbelievably fucked up thing to tell men to do! Every person who is responsible for dispensing that advice should be fired. Also, if I ever take hostages, I know the judge I’m sending the videos to to convince everyone they are being treated well.

this is some BULLS**T -- No one seemed to give a crap that Activision and EA both got big by gobbling up all their competition over the last 30 years. Now all of sudden people care just because Microsoft is in the picture? You know how many great franchises we lost to Activision and EA over the years?

People are missing the big picture here. MS is spending nearly $70B, that is a big B. not a small B. MS themselves will HAVE to self enforce to make that money back in any reasonable time frame on this acquisition. Companies dont usually make $100B a year. That isnt even remotely realistic. More so video game

I’m not well versed in this stuff but how much of this is chest-thumping and how much is an actual, firm attempt at preventing the merger?

I find it ridiculous that the CMA can argue that this deal would hurt competition while continuing to allow Sony, the market leader to practive anti-consumer anti-competition practices. If they don’t want to approve the merger, fine. But go after the market leader and their practices of making third-party games and

While I think they probably should have designed this to be more accommodating, but less than 40" waistline isn’t “thin”, at least for dudes.

Source: I’m around 38" and I’m a bit of a fat fuck.

To be fair that could also describe Alice Cooper, who seems like a perfectly nice guy off stage. Too many people assumed the same about Warner, and were catastrophically wrong.

I don’t believe that was a quote from Tesla or Elon but the author’s opinion.

I’m just waiting for the board to finally realize that Yves has turned Ubisoft into a directionless dumpster fire while also making it an unattractive place to work for talented employees, and dump his ass.

Yeah, so you’re wrong.

Yet it kicked off a revolution to electrify the entire auto industry both domestically and internationally. It may have been a lower volume luxury vehicle with sub-par build quality, like an Aston Martin, but it did what nobody else had been able to do up to that point: mass production of EVs that were actually

Somebody needs to tell Harry they are doing too much. The power move was to bail on it all and ride quietly into the sunset. The constant clawing for relevance is...not it. I was pretty agnostic towards these two for a long time, leaning much closer to being a “fan” versus having any negative feelings. But now I’m

Original Trigun suffered from the ‘Cowboy Bebop Problem’ where it was 90% whacky hijinks, then suddenly like 2.5 episodes of a main plot/story and boom, The End.  I'm glad to hear this seems to get right into it.

The roast is just fine, the veg and potatoes look good... those Yorkshire puddings are an embarrassment.

Didn’t the Holocaust target homosexuals, Catholics, “mental defectives” and others? Are these considered “races”?

So if legal gun-carrying people feel threatened for their lives as a result of these anti-abortionists screaming things at them and mobbing them while they’re just trying to get health care, would they be off the hook for standing their ground and defending themselves?  Just asking a question.

Reading the.. case filed. Im not sure the people are in the right head space. most of these are weak arguments. I believe they are filing simply to stop CoD from falling under MS’s control. Which again, weak argument.

I’m not a Catholic Church supporter. Not even spiritual. Just a former parishioner and student. I think Pavone got defrocked for seriously overstepping his bounds as a priest to deny people absolution because that’s not his choice. It’s God’s forgiveness which is eternal and no human can deny it from anyone seeking it.
