See, this actor had a role in a movie and the movie was really bad and needed to be fixed so the studio fired the director and pretended he took a leave of absence because of a family tragedy and then they brought in another director and gave him instructions on what changes to make with the movie and now the actor

Dude I’ve never heard of before is having a bad week.

He still never gave specifics about what happened. I read he said Whedon cut his part, and that he was unprofessional to him. Just fucking say what happened dude, we don’t need a polygraph test, just evidence, stories, witnesses, or something.

While I don’t disagree with you, that’s what everyone has said for years now. It was the big OEMs’ game to lose, and they’ve just been punting and punting and punting, and Tesla has continued to rack up points.

I wish companies would ship using a plain brown box rather than ones covered in ads. You've already gotten my money, no need to broadcast to everyone what's inside the box.

IKEA, West Elm, LaZBoy, Basset, Ashley.

1st: Anything that gets more EVs on the road and more incredibly inefficient trucks and brodozers off the road is good in my book. Trump is a traitorous cretin, but boosting Lordstown was not the wrong move, even if he did it for the wrong reasons.

Its not that Tesla is competing with their advertisers. Its that most of the Jalopnik staff is woke, so the mega-rich like Elon Musk are bad and cannot be given any credit for doing well

At Tesla’s current price-to-earnings ratio, it would take the company almost 1,600 years to make what the stock market says it’s worth.”

Investors are not looking at current profits, they are looking at potential profits in the future.

I never fail to be horrified that our health care system is so bad people have to live with conditions like that.  Or that it’s packaged for entertianment.

Income inequality + predatory dealer practices + cheap money. The rich are the only ones who can afford the ever more expensive new cars, so cheap interest rates and super long terms are the only way to get middle income/working class people into them. But because of the super long terms, it allows them to buy a car

I think there’s a disconnect here about what’s actually being discussed, when Tesla says level 4 or 5 autonomy they’re talking about what it can do not what they currently allow it to do. cause liability and legality is still a massive issue most states simply haven’t even begun discussing. likely the most recent

Because no one I know who’s every bought a Fiat (and I know quote a few) bought another one when the time came for the next car.

Well thank goodness for that deal. My AA rechargeables last wayyy longer than my DS4 internal battery, and when they run out they can be easily swapped rather than having to find a super long cable or suspend gaming while I charge the controller.

Before any silly suggestions get made, batteries are much cheaper

I’m glad that they do. I much prefer swapping some rechargeable batteries than having to dock and charge a controller.

Biden supported legislation that included student loan debt relief, but never said he’d do it through EO.

I’m guessing Tim probably wouldn’t want to even begin to negotiate with someone who is as reportedly ruthless in negotiations as he is. Different sort of ruthless for sure, Cook with some Patrick Bateman calm and Elon with Joker-level intensity, but both are reportedly extremely good at getting what they want from

This looked like fun but I refuse to click through a slideshow. This is Jalopnik, not Popsugar.

If this whole thing wasn’t, as you said, a vanity project of a dumb, racist, sexist pile of human shit I’d be incredibly excited...as it stands, it’s just a $15 Billion dollar bad joke...

But we can’t have a measly $600 stimulus cause of “the deficit”...ffs....
