I think those are fair points if you’re comparing the two, but I don’t think those things are necessarily true in the movie vs the comic.

Tesla six years ago, and Elon six years ago, where publicly perceived very differently. This is some hindsight finger pointing of the highest order.
The cutscenes in KH3 were so long that controllers GO TO SLEEP.
I mean, the movie makes it super duper clear (moreso than the comics IMHO) that Scott is a terrible person. The fact that “nega-Scott” is a nice guy underlines this, and it’s only through his own growth that they get along, which is the point of that throwaway line.
Nah, fuck your fragile little male ego.
Kingdom of Heaven also features the best performance Edward Norton has ever given as well.
I’ve never really followed Top Gear. I’ve never been a huge fan, not even a fair-weather fan. I guess the closest I get to Top Gear is watching the “Trip to...” films with Michael Coogan and Rob Brydon. Those movies have Brits in them and they’re driving good cars, like Range Rovers and Mini Coopers. That counts.
As silly as Hammond, Clarkson, and May would get, outside of Hammond’s crashes (which were genuine freak accidents) it does seem like they were always incredibly safety conscious where possible. They’d poke fun at the “producers” and “the lawers” and whatnot if there was something they absolutely couldn’t do, but it…
I bought a wheel and tire warranty and abused the shit out of it on my last VW. Every time I got curb rash of any kind (lots of parallel parking!) I would take it in the next day, get a loaner, and get wheels back as good as new the next day or that afternoon.
To their credit, I know some people who have been impacted, and their severance packages were well above norms in the industry.
This is done through what we would now call insertion AI, though it’s based on pre-mapped locations rather than dynamically. (Because it’s not AI, none of what we’re seeing today is)
They don’t need to, but they are.
For sure, I think Gamergate is where the social media aspect became part of the plan.
Though the GamerGate trolls have lessened in number since 2014 (or perhaps many of them have slunk back to their dank caves to hit their Juuls, wank, and blow the embedded food crumbs out from the crannies of their keyboards),
I mean, the pedo comment was definitely a clear sign, but I think a lot of people were willing to write the whole submarine thing off as general stress at the time, and if You didn’t pay close attention to Elon’s history, it seemed like an aberration, not a mask-slip. I give people the “fool me once” excuse on that.
Can she just fucking endorse Joe Biden already?
The Saturn Sky was a great looking, great value Roadster.
Any Tesla built after 2022.
No, they don’t. They read it once, and think it’s almost literally a magic spell. The videos like this don’t end up on the places they read things.
Tesla sells less than 50K S and X combined a year (I think, somewhere in that ballpark) these days. I would expect these are going to be the people that convert, and there’s quite a few 3 and Y owners who have expiring leases soon that CANNOT be bought out (lol). They might convert.
