HD-DVD was absolutely not the same level of quality as Blu-Ray. I sold AV at the time. Blu-Ray was the technology winner by miles.

I also think the Venn diagram of people who would have bought a Tesla, but instead chose a Mach E or Lighting F150 is pretty small. The Lightning F150 is good, because the Cybertruck has a... polarizing design. It’s grown on me, but some people are gonna want it to look like a Ford anyway.
