I also think the Venn diagram of people who would have bought a Tesla, but instead chose a Mach E or Lighting F150 is pretty small. The Lightning F150 is good, because the Cybertruck has a... polarizing design. It’s grown on me, but some people are gonna want it to look like a Ford anyway.

Tesla isn’t exporting Shanghai cars to the US. Most of the rest of the world isn’t quite as mistrustful of Chinese made goods as the US is.

My guess is the Tesla Cybertruck review will cite all the same issues as the Rivian one and Torch will say it’s the worst thing he’s ever driven and the company should be shuttered.
