Maybe he meant Canada?

Haven’t we known for a long time that a 2wd pickup truck is terrible in the snow regardless of lift or tire?

It’s Lexus Lanes, but privatized and underground. I always assumed it was intended for rich people that want to avoid traffic without having to use public transit.

Maybe the solution is to have bigger vehicles that can carry more people in one go through the tunnel. If it’s really high volume, maybe link the larger vehicles together in a chain so that they all travel at once all at the same speed.

Yes, the majority of big tech’s “innovations” are old ideas done worse.

My wife’s car has this and, granted I see the enormous positives of having it, I’m not here to naysay. That being said, when this system triggers inappropriately, it is fucking infuriating. I’ve had this system go off when cars in turn lanes approach an intersection to make a right turn into my lane as I’m going

so does that mean that ev’s aren’t considered automatics?

I could never understand why you’d willingly sacrifice transmitted power, precision control and gas-mileage in favour of a slushy, unresponsive and unpredictable system

It’s no wonder that people who live in large cities don’t trust cops.

“likely to make poor decisions”... like buying from carvana...

side impact protection design has not done sedans any favors

Hearing about the state of it my thought was, while it only had 10,000 miles, at least one of those miles was directly into a solid object.

My response would be: “Ok, take it back to them.  I’ll call and tell them what happened.  You get to sort it out between them and your insurance.  I’ll go back to looking for a new used car.”

I don’t understand why he took the delivery after they dropped it. Under the “You Break it You Buy It” rule, the tow truck driver now has a car payment and Mr. Dankers should have a refund.
It also sounds like Carvana misrepresented what options the car came with based on the other videos.

Why would you knowingly accept a car with defects and then KEEP it after the delivery person literally drops it on the ground?

The Charger has presence as a fake cop car and that makes a certain demographic feel bigger in life.

You can think all that... but you’d be misguided. Fuel economy is at most 1mpg off of a sedan. Storage space is comparable, if not better, and it’s more usable, since loading kids/stuff is easier in a CUV. Handling? Nobody is taking a Murano to a track day. The handling constraints of a modern daily driver spec car

Counterpoint: an old chassis means that there will be a lot of parts availability and easy swaps between years.

The MX-30 is basically an expensive golf cart that’s road legal, and that’s ok, but admittedly an extremely small market. If you want to pair an electric car for short city trips to the 7-series equivalent you already have, it’s not a bad choice.  It works because it’s downsides vs the competition are irrelevant to

It’s a 125 bud, don’t be an idiot.
