When you ask for a raise, do you also demand that your company stop investing in Israel? That’s what this sounds like. You have no say over how your company invests and JD employees and union have no say over “right to repair”. You and others who want this are simply barking up the wrong tree.

This is a silly take. Why should an organization who’s sole purpose is to improve employee conditions have anything to say about a purely management based business direction like forced repair lockin?

The UAW obviously isn’t going to do anything to fix that, but I’m just saying John Deere can get fucked.

Waller County law enforcement agencies all across the county are being reminded today of the availability of these and other charges which can be brought against individuals acting in such a criminal manner.

This grill is certainly better but, it’s only better in a spectrum of terrible. Have to hope GM gets a handling on their burning battery packs.  I’d probably never buy a GM EV, at least not anytime in the next 5 years.

A - We don’t get them

Obvious answer is Odyssey or Sienna. Most men people aren’t comfortable enough in their manhood to drive a mini-van around though. Even if it is the best solution. 30K will probably buy you one in the 5 years old range.

This. I’m not getting the adulation. It’s going going to be a parts bin car that won’t be interesting in any way to an enthusiast. I will suggest Acura going to 3 digit code names for their vehicles was the biggest mistake they’ve made in the past 20 years. So going back to a real names can only be a positive.

This is how you promote vigilante justice. When people see that the system won’t give them justice, they’ll start taking matters into their own hands.

So we need a dedicated towing operation to service particular stretches of road with tow trucks at the ready. We already have “firemen” what you’re suggesting is another social service paid by taxes. We’ll call them “towmen”. State sponsored training, state paid for tow vehicles, buildings to store them, places for

Maybe you’re playing devils advocate for fun here. I don’t imagine anyone is really feeling this entitled.

How many tow trucks are sitting there idle waiting for you to call and come running to aid you? Idle tow trucks aren’t making any money so I assume most truck drivers are busy doing something or sleeping.

With combustion cars, there’s almost always a way to get the car into neutral.

Benitez ultimately wants the ticket thrown out, but he was more mad that he was ignored until he decided to act on his own.

I originally thought this was the typical “Punish the low man since you can’t punish management” but he sounds like an arrogant prick so, I find if difficult to feel sorry for him.

This is the thing. The 1/3UZ seems to be the LS type swap of choice in Australia and NZ.

Toyota NEVER had a stock ECU that would work with a manual trans for one of these engines. If you want to run a manual, you need an aftermarket ECU which means you can’t pass emissions. They’re great engines. The early 1UZ’s had much stronger connecting rods than the later 1UZ and 3UZs. The old ones fit the new

I’m usually quick in and out too but, I also don’t sweat $500 difference in price here and there. Over the life of my ownership, it adds up to a couple bucks a month. Not enough to for me to hassle with.

I mean, what’s the point of pulling over for you just to sit there?

I don’t believe in ACAB but then again I do believe the cops are out of control. Out of civilian control.
