Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect...

The 6 cyclists’ attorneys have a good write-up about the accident and how they’re proceeding.

At this point we can confirm there are some connections, but have yet to see evidence of a city official directing the officer on the scene as to how to handle this particular situation.

I’ve actually been to Acapulco in the 80s, and I assure you, no one in Mexico was worried about how “sinful” the place was. It definitely wasn’t a “Las Vegas” town that the writers of this new show seem to think it was.

The cat converters alone are worth a lot.

You gotta watch out for the ringleader. They’re one of the most dangerous people in England

Agreed! I’m surprised how good that color scheme looks.

Yorkshire gang? Is it bad that I think of dogs whenever I see the name Yorkshire? Sounds like a pack of pups or Dangerous Doggs. Somebody call the Paw Patrol :p

After spending way too much time trying to remove a bumper sticker from a to-be-sold Subaru, I finally hit on the idea of heat. I did not have a heat gun at the time. A hot-air popcorn maker worked really well.

This was an excellent haul today  BTW a Ford Cologne V6 is an easy swap in a Sonnett.

“...along with video from one of the mens’ phones demonstrating...”

I love my heat guns! Yes, plural. I own 4. Okay, I only own 4 because I work for a company that makes them and I can get them cheap.

I have nothing against converting a classic car to electric if you do it for ease of use and decreased maintenance (or to make it quicker).

This article doesn’t make any sense. If you are wealthy enough to own a DB6 and want to drive it into London or Manhattan, I’m certain a congestion charge or a tax isn’t thwarting you.  I’m also sure they can find a mechanic to keep the petrol motor running.

Here’s an off-the-wall idea for a tool.... a bicycle computer! I used one of these for a speedometer for my truck back in the early 90s, before GPS was popular (yes, I use Torque Pro and Ulysse Speedo apps nowadays). I had changed the wheel diameter on my truck, which threw off the speedometer/ odometer of the truck.

Short answer: yes.

Why isn’t that Saab on BaT?

Blue over snot green is an interesting choice but I dig it.  Always wanted a Sonett III.

For those of you depressed about the dents in your beautiful leather seats from your kids’ car seats, heat guns (or even high-quality hair dryers) are great at helping the foam padding expand and return to its original condition. This, in conjunction with proper steaming and leather cleaning/reconditioning techniques,

Hairdryers usually have a cutoff for their high temp, because lawyers. They move a lot more air, at a lower maximum temperature, and get to that peak temperature more quickly.
