I just realized that this image is going to headline papers and magazines around the world starting tomorrow. We knew he’d embarrass us, but this thing is going to haunt us for a while. We’re the fucking morons who elected the man pictured in that image after all.

Heh you know that works too.

Is it too much to hope that he suffered actual damage? I feel like it would be fitting to be blind when they drag him out in cuffs..

Works for me. Drop it in about six months? Hmm.

Absolutely. It’s good AND good for you! (in this case it’s good for the soul AND undermines his authority further, hastening his impeachment that much more)

I’ve said this elsewhere but: we see you now and we’ll see you in 2018, motherfuckers.

Sure people are appalled. I’m mostly talking about the actual elected officials. We’ve had peripheral people like Romney speak out, because they have nothing to lose.

Hands off he’s mine I mean ahem

Hell I want to do it just to watch his face. You know how when you tell a toddler no when they really want it and expect a yes? There’s that moment of shock and hurt and then screaming anger. I want to see that shock and hurt in his eyes.

Which I suppose is my point: their party is now explicitly the party of white supremacists and nazis. Their inaction brands them as such. So short term sure, but long term I am genuinely surprised that no one is willing to try to offer an argument against being the party of a hate filled and dwindling special interest

Update: it’s unanimous now, they all resigned.

But he has such good work ahead of him rubber stamping almost all of the GOP’s terrible ideas!

I know history isn’t their strongest g suit, along with critical thinking but surely they can see this won’t end well for their party. I feel like there should be one GOP type who has a primitive impulse of not riding the flaming shit wagon to hell with the rest of his party, but apparently not. Ah well. They get to

What confuses me is like does the GOP think we can’t see them? Every day of silence, every act of complicity, every tutted speech followed by party line voting will be an explicit endorsement of this President and his nazi views. They do realize we can see them right, they’re not invisible anymore, we keep track of

Cigarette holder in hand I assume, light little smile that’s colder than winter snow

I’m torn. On the one hand OBVIOUSLY you don’t go. He’s a fuckin’ nazi, you do everything you can to delegitimize that, you don’t show up to accept awards from it. But it would be very personally satisfying to snub Trump in person. You know he’d try to get a picture or handshake to show the press.

To answer your question: none of the GOP will vote for this. See you in 2018 you nazi sympathizers.

Frankly in that case you probably just have to be black or a jew or gay or a woman or a liberal and it’ll become a defensive situation pretty fast.

I agree with you in principle. Completely and unreservedly. My only problem is one of practicality: this is an extremists ideology. It will not just go away. White culture absolutely must change. But also in this specific case it’s not about saving their souls, it’s about robbing them of recruits, and turning their
