While I see where you are going with this, you are actually mistaken. Societies in general dictate moral normality. The book may have had some influence over you or the book may have had some influence of your societies norms, but one is not necessarily linked to the other.

Im not sure what type of games you play, but if they are mulitplayer games, especially if they are shooter, fiber is a pretty big benefit. You will usually see extremely lower latency, which of course gives you a bit of an edge.

The screen does not look real, more like an image or a sticker. The light reflecting off of it also makes it look like a sticker, or I guess its possible it just has a matte display protector on it.

All but the first international Galaxy S phones from Samsung are just as different looking from the iPhone as well. It does not keep Apple from claiming infringement. Just as HTCs designs would not, because the IP in Apples claims is far to encompassing not to.
