This is at the heart of the issue though... "basic design"

Im not sure, but I think we should spam the hell out of this image in every thread of every comment in this article.

You're right it does say a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot

Simple! Feature phones are evolutionary dead-ends that have yet to reach their final form. The end is nigh.

Google has already stated that they will not enforce any action that restricts what an OEM would like to do in changing Android. The diversity, is what MAKES the Android ecosystem great. The ideas of the community, OEMs and Google all get stirred in a pot and the progression of the OS moves faster.

You got it now... :º)

Thats not exactly true though is it? Some of these artificially introduces vaccines would be passed along, as some of them just help our bodies LEARN how to overcome an infection. Thus that knowledge would be passed along, baring that the vaccination did not happen after the genetic information was passed to the next

Nice! But he actually means Europe and by proxy the rest of the world reaching the "New World"

I think mainly because Eurasia plus africa and the "new world" were pretty much genetically separated. Yes the New World was originally populated by people from Eurasia, at least that what evidence currently points to. However, they were separated by a geographical barrier for so long after the original transplants

Because your gene's which had a deficiency in dealing with the invading germ/virus are removed from the gene-pool of the species as a whole. If that happens enough, what you end up with is a species that only contains genetic material, capable of living with the threat of that germ/virus. You need to stop thinking

Here you dont seem to understand the way this actually works, so Ill try to help.

AGAIN... There are only a hand full of people, the same ones whos motivations have been questioned, that keep on yelling this. IF this is actually true, then WTF are the suits?

Give me an example? You are trying to say that I have no clue what Im talking about, but yet you offer no actual proof of it.

You mean the market update that will roll out. You really dont seem to understand how things work on an Android do you...

The vast majority of old devices that are now sitting in someones junk drawer you mean. Yea I feel bad for my poor old G1.

It is a big deal, just not as big of a deal as Kyle was making it out to be in the context of this topic. Ill forgive you if you missed the context, because navigating this comment system in a way that allows for a cohesive conversation requires a fucking doctorate.

I completely agree with you, I didnt bring up the carriers because they are beyond fixing. They are irreparably greedy. As I stated in another comment, that you will never find in this custerfuck or a comment system :º) Google gave us its answer and resolution to that issue in the form of a Nexus Phone. Granted its

I am now reading that the anti-piracy measure will be compatible back to Android 2.3. This should mean that the update is NOT tied to the OS itself and will likely be seen in the form of a market/PlayStore update. This should take care of 90% of the user-base and alleviate the assumed rollout issue.

As I just noted to another user, Android no longer suffers from the majority of its original fragmentation problems, because Android is now compartmentalized. This means that large chunks of the OS has been liberated from the OS and have been made into self standing apps. Even the market itself is now an app. This

WRONG!!! :º)
