Oh, Missi Pyle is great. A few years back, the AVC did a Random Roles on her, titled something like “Missi Pyle Has Been in Most of the Movies You’ve Seen” (not that, but close). Even as someone who knows who she is, I was flabbergasted - the lady works a lot.

She’s a friend of a friend (I haven’t met her myself) and apparently she’s also just a warm, delightful person.

Doesn’t “regular” chili powder contain a lot of cumin? It smells and tastes like it. I tried making chili with cumin and my favorite hot sauce (Cholula), and it was good, though not really much different than if I had just used chili powder.

I think it’s because she opened the door for Faith so early in the series - Kendra showed us as viewers how instantaneous the “old Slayer dies/new Slayer is chosen” thing happens, which was foundational. And she was murdered by Drusilla, one of the more memorable baddies.
