“ Why else would a 48-year-old date a 27-year-old?”
“ Why else would a 48-year-old date a 27-year-old?”
Have you ever met a human being? Most people don’t ever get it.
Competing over music that all sounds the same and performers who are interchangeable. Hooray.
In which ways is this article and its framing of relationship problems useful?
Commenters who frequent the Root regularly trash Jezebel and its commenters. Both Jezebel and the Root participate in reactionary politics that have repurposed conservative ideology. Neither provide any useful or coherent direction unless you’re interested in establishing status through fragile claims of authenticity.
The Root is just as bad as Jezebel.
But not a famously intelligent feminist website.
Jezebel consistently proves it doesn’t know how to hire thoughtful writers. If we are lucky, some of them will visit the comment section to say “you’re wrong,”and not take a moment for introspection.
The problem with Lindsey Stirling isn’t her violin; it’s whole whole corny performance that goes along with playing the violin. It’s not novel or cute. She exists in the same realm as Pentatonix and the mutants who spawn from that dark place.
You just posted pictures of different people. Sylvia Hoeks is the person who appears in Blade Runner.
Famke Janssen isn’t in Blade Runner.
I have absolutely no idea what you’re trying to say.
Like most Jezebel readers have good taste. Please.
Jezebel really only reports on top 40 singers, the Kardashians and People magazine covers. It’s not a real news source.
The vocal anti-feminist contingent and their fence-walking cohorts aren’t interested in the ideological, tactical, and strategic differences within feminism. They are not investigating the problems of white feminism and the counter-narratives provided by women of color. Their method of attack is to depict Lena Duhman…
Next up in unpopular comments: Reading through the collected opinions on this article and a few others on Jezebel today are really toxic.
Does it matter who I am?
She’s 25 years old. I’d say her sexuality, how she expresses it, and how she decides to dress (which shouldn’t necessarily be viewed as sexual expression) is her business.
You know she didn’t write this song, right?
If this is bad, what is good?
