It wasn’t as big of a deal last gen. In fact, back then, they had a good excuse. Crossplay was difficult to manage back then. Now, it’s super easy, barely an inconvenience.

Based on the information above, I’d find in favor of the defendant. The flimsy evidence presented points toward a disgruntled ex-employee who made up a story in order to sue his former employer.
