Agreed - benchmarks are better, especially if they’re measurable or quantifiable so they don’t have as much leverage to pull a fast one. I’ve tried the timeline before and never seen it work out.

I know a lot of H1Bs who have been laid off. It sucks because they’ve set down roots with a house, children, schools, etc. They get laid off and suddenly they’re in a rush to get a job in 90 days (with a lot of restrictions too) or leave the country. It stinks.

Nice idea, but this won’t last long between vandals being jerks by unplugging the cars, or just stealing the cables for the copper in them.
