Many places in SF can be difficult. The Mission, Haight-Ashbury, The Richmond, Castro, etc. with high concentrations of people have hard to find parking in general. Thankfully where I’m at it’s not too bad for the most part but it can get interesting at times.

I could also see a great way to get around paying tolls too by faking a license or blanking it out right when you enter the gate.

It’s the playoffs. The rulebook is often thrown out the window.

From my experience there:
1) Walking the Bund is nice at night, sometimes less crowds depending on the season
2) Take the subway as it will be easier to get around
3) Enjoy the local food
4) Stay hydrated! This is especially true in summer.
