The Laney College location isn’t great for public transit. It’s far from the Lake Merritt BART station, unlike the Coliseum which has a catwalk with a direct connection to the stadium. The logistics in that area would be a nightmare.

My ex-roommate would go there with his girlfriend and her car was completely white when it got back - even though it was a white Focus, it had gypsum EVERYWHERE. They took days to clean it out and it was still bad. 

Family rented a large Jeep for a week long trip to Death Valley. One day a nasty sandstorm came. I was driving from Scotty’s Castle in the northern part all the way down to Furnace Creek (a very long drive with crap visibility) while getting sandblasted from multiple directions as it was moving through the place.

Say what you like about Candlestick, it was a nice venue for the most part. They sold it out on a regular basis, and overall I enjoyed the crowds who attended. Sure, it’s not luxurious by any means, but it had it’s own charm. Can’t say the same about their new stadium. It works for them because it’s literally next…

Yup - that was me too. I’ve had two colonoscopys. Thankfully all clear on both of them. The worst part was the continuous farting 36 hours after the procedure, which of course was a bit tough in public, even though I love farting.
