The latest version of the Prius is especially fugly. Glad I bought mine when I did because I wouldn’t even consider buying the current version by looks alone. (shudders)

I own a Prius - please don’t hate. Unfortunately I’ve found that Prius drivers have the same issue as BMW drivers - they’re all considered to be assholes.

I’m not arguing about being a bad deal - can’t argue with lifetime access. When they used to have passes at $10 and suddenly jump up like that it makes you wonder. I remember some passes were $5 at one point.

My parents each have one. That increase is bullshit. I used to purchase a park pass when I knew that I would be visiting a lot of them, which made it literally free after a certain number of visits.

This is comical - getting a yellow for calling out? That would be tough to enforce. That’s common in many sports, and I’ve used that strategy when a player isn’t using situational awareness.

She was a very popular news anchor who left KTVU very suddenly. She went into acting later on. There’s a lot of speculation on her real reason for leaving but that’s a different story.

From 1983 - one of the local news anchors from KTVU, Elaine Corral, went up to the top of the Golden Gate Bridge. It was by far the most famous event she took part in.

I had warped rotors years ago on a Civic. It was pretty bad after a couple of emergency stops - couldn’t believe how warped a rotor could get until the mechanic showed me. It was like a vinyl LP record that got left in the sun.
