You’re right - the HOA fucked up. It’s their responsibility that the taxes are sent to SF City Hall, assuming that the owners paid of course. The situation my parents went through was similar - a third party didn’t pay the taxes.

The checks could’ve been cashed but the money never given to the proper place. People who have their mortgage payment include their property taxes can be burned by the mortgage company if they don’t give the funds to the county tax office. My parents had this happen to them, where the company was skimming the money…

Former Integra owner here - I had a 99 GS model. The price is a bit high, hence CP. It should be about $1-1.5K lower. Otherwise I would consider pulling the trigger on this - it’s more or less unmolested (aka. not riced out) which is a nice plus.

It’s a real shame that Laguna Seca gets a lot of shit from environmentalists, NIMBYs and other scumbags in the local government who pretty much want to shut it down. It’s one of the best race tracks around, and would be a great F1 track if it was allowed to be upgraded.

I noticed “parking spaces” too - comical when you think about it. I can also see the NIMBYs complaining about the racetrack from their so-called “luxury condos” so conveniently close to the track.
