We have a couple of bakeries at our farmer’s market. Always good.

We don’t have a real bakery where I live in SF - we’re stuck with Noe Valley Bakery, which sucks. All they serve up are overpriced cupcakes, VERY small pastries and cookies for hipsters. Prices are just nuts.

Newark fucking blows. Last time I was there it had the lovely smell of jet fuel throughout all of the terminals for some reason, and it was really bad. The air was better outside than inside. We had to go outside to breathe for cleaner air (relatively speaking). Couldn’t wait to get on the plane.

Beijing fucking blows. Sure it’s a relatively new airport but if you need to transfer it sucks. I had a 4 hour window to transfer and literally barely made it myself.

That was an epic drive, especially with that underpowered Arrows.

I have high arches which makes it more interesting. I always end up with at least a 2E on any shoe, or end up going to a size 11. I normally wear size 9. It seems as if manufacturers have completely forgotten that people do need wide shoes. So far only New Balance and Asics have shoes for me.

Yeah - I went to school with her. She comes from a very loaded Chinese family, who paid $64 million for her bail including property. A sad tale though. A lot of fellow alumni actually feel bad for the death spiral she put herself in.
