Don’t forget about the spotlights over one/both side-mirrors. Always what I keep an eye out for since they’re easier to spot on a car behind you than antenna/wheels. 

Unfortunately, with all these tale signs you’re pointing out, by the time you notice them, it’s too late. The car has to be pretty close for you to notice them. Long gone are the days where you could identify a cop from a nice distance.
