I think there are few series where 3D graphics muddy the waters worse than Mega Man.
He may not be, but the movie ultimately doesn’t even seem that interested in thinking about it one way or the other. Which isn’t the worst thing in the world; it just contributes to the movie feeling like something of an amiable shrug.
