A Ford Courier was my first car in the army. It was an ugly piece of shit that was a junkyard survivor. I still have fond memories of that truck. It was the perfect size for a small truck. This price is perfect for one that looks so nice.

The lesson I learned is don't.
Hard springs don't make a wagon. The Outback is a wagon, no matter what marketers say. It's a long roof version of an existing sedan, one of the telltale signs of a wagon.
So an Outback is not a wagon but a Crosstour is? You got it all backwards.
Come on Toshi!
Married to a Korean here... made me laugh very hard!
The Trabant, as East German as Fillinchen.
None of this is new, Car and Driver covered this two years ago, even Porsche does it on the 911: http://www.caranddriver.com/features/fakin…
That's a Lada cops cars in one video!
Yes, thank you for thinking exactly like me.
Fire extinguishers are mandatory in Brazil for all new cars for a long time. It all started with Volkswagen putting a fuel line right over a hot engine part, back in the days when Brazil had over 70% Volkswagens on the road.
As an American here in Germany I noticed that many times the small roads connecting villages go around in curves through the countryside where they could just go straight. Talking to a traffic engineer I met in Nuremberg he told me that is done on purpose to lower driving speeds and driver's boredom.
They do the same thing here in Germany, and people keep driving their cars like that. My wife had a fender bender in our Saab 9-5 and required a new front bumper. My insurance recommended a local SEAT dealerhsip for collision repair. When I went to pick up the car I had a big AUTOHAUS FARNBACHER GMBH license plate…
How about when the stickers are CROOKED!! That one really pisses me off.
How did the engine itself sound on idle? Did it tick a lot (older hydraulic tappet cars will do that sometimes) or pretty quiet?
I thought I'd just be able to drive the car home and mail the plates back. That's what I did when I bought a car in France. I think I'll have to look into getting a temporary plate, those can cost a couple hundred Euro here since they carry a 5 day insurance for a non inspected car.
Hey, I contacted the guy with all the parts, he lives in Drachten and his car is for sale on Autoscout24: http://www.autoscout24.de/Details.aspx?i…
Yup. I bet the traffic planners submitted this as a joke and then were surprised when it was approved to be built.
I had to google "Swindon magic roundabout", and holy fuck...!!!
