Santander didn't dream up a ractrack in London in 2012.
I had mine for two years and 28,000 (bought with 18,000 miles, sold with 46,000), all I needed was a set of tires, and regular maintenance. As reliable as I wanted it to be. I can't vouch for a hich mileage one.

The problems with emissions on a regular two-stroke is the fact that the lubricating oil for the engine is mixed into the gasoline fuel. On Freevalve's car it still has a regular four stroke lubricating system with the lubricating oil separated from the fuel, all Freevalve's software does is simulate a two stroke…

Not used in the US, perhaps just on foreign firms, but I imagine special ordering metric size paper must be a pain in the ass and much more expensive.
